Coastal Explorer USA strives to provide safe, enjoyable, and educational coastal experiences. Because our programs take place outdoors in dynamic natural environments, clear cancellation guidelines help ensure safety, fairness, and smooth operations for all participants.

4. Participation Requirements & Removal

For the safety of all guests, Coastal Explorer USA may deny or discontinue participation if a guest:

5. Late Arrivals

Programs begin promptly at the scheduled time. We consider arriving 15-minutes or more after the agreed upon start time as a “Late Arrival”. Late arrivals may miss portions of the program or be unable to join the group once the safety briefing has concluded. Refunds or “pro-rating” is not provided for late arrivals.

6. Minimum Enrollment

Coastal Explorer USA may cancel or reschedule programs that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. Guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
